For the third year in a row, Tony Volz planned a Valentine’s Day dinner for his daughter Madison at a castle. To be more specific, their dinner on Friday, Feb. 14, was at White Castle in Homer Glen. Sitting at a table with a vase of red flowers, it was a perfect setting for their daddy daughter date.
