Not long after opening the Lou Malnati’s carryout and delivery store in Tinley Park in 2009, owner Marc Malnati saw an opportunity to expand and offer a full-service restaurant to his loyal customers. His vision finally came to fruition Dec. 3, when after nearly four months of construction, Lou Malnati’s re-opened to the community with more food options and dining space at the famous Chicago pizzeria franchise.
