The beef combo pho ($8 or $12) is composed of rice noodle in a beef broth that has been simmered for many hours to allow for bones and spices to diffuse into a rich flavor.

It all started with a struggle to find a place to eat. Though Kevin Vo had a variety of restaurant selections to choose from in Homer Glen, he realized that he missed the cuisine of his native country, so he decided to open his own restaurant.
