Nick Setta left his mark as perhaps the most outstanding athlete in the history of Lockport Township High School.

The 1999 graduate helped lead the Porters to back-to-back Illinois High School Association Class 2A cross country state championships in 1996 and 1997, set the Illinois high school football record for longest field goal (59 yards), set the school record of 6 feet, 10 inches in the high jump, and won a state title in the 800-meter run with a time of 1 minute, 52.24 seconds in 1999.
