What do electrical engineering and running an Asian fusion restaurant have in common? On the surface, they are not similar at all. But after talking for a while with Tammy Pham — executive chef and co-owner of Siam Marina in Tinley Park and a former electrical engineer — the relation between electrical engineer and restaurateur, at least in Pham’s case, comes into focus.
