Garage sale season is here, and one recent bargain bazaar brought a local subdivision together to partake in some old-fashioned spring cleaning, deal hunting and neighborhood fun.

Homer Glen’s Woodbine Estates subdivision, located at 151st Street and Eagle Ridge Drive, recruited more than 20 homes to join forces for a collective sale event. Everything from furniture to clothes to decorations were available during the two-day sale — held on Friday, May 18 and Saturday, May 19 — which featured reasonable prices on new and used items.
