Going to the gym and eating healthier. These are probably the two most common New Year’s resolutions for people as soon as Jan. 1 rolls around. It can be difficult to get motivated to change one’s lifestyle, but there are many different options to jumpstart the “new year, new me” mantra, including one that people don’t always think about — CrossFit.
